The Litfest Autumn Weekend 2023 is over…well, not quite!

Our theme this year is Refuge, and we hope Litfest has been a shelter for you this Autumn. A place to share a love of words, to learn and to build community.

Thank you to everyone who has helped to make our Autumn Weekend possible. Our authors and speakers, our volunteers and venues. The Litfest umbrella is made of many different leaves, and without each of them we could not form the refuge that Litfest can be. We hope you enjoyed your time under our umbrella and that you’ll join us again for our main festival next March. Get the date in your diary now — we’ll be back 8-24 March 2024!

But there’s still more to come…

Whilst our in-person live events have come to a close, The Lancaster International Fiction Lecture with Georgi Gospodinov has been rearranged for a later date (23/10 7:30pm) due to technical difficulties and you can book your tickets here.

All of our other events are available to watch on catch up for 30 days after initial broadcast. You can choose to catch up on the Litfest Player, our YouTube channel or on Crowdcast — we hope you enjoy!
