Murmur: Darren Andrews & Jon Carter
Lancaster-based photographer Darren Andrews teams up with Jon Carter to present a fascinating conversation about bird populations, migration, climate change and the challenges of wildlife photography.
The event is supported by RSPB Leighton Moss and will include a quiz, and the announcement of the winners of our two birdlife photography competitions: one for young bird-watchers (ages 11-18) and the other for adults (18+). The prize will be a special guided tour of Leighton Moss. For the whole of Litfest 2022 (8–20 March), an exhibition of Darren Andrews’ photos from his beautiful book Murmur will be on display in The Thomas Storey Room at the Storey, together with the best three photographs in each age group entered for the wildlife photography competition.
